Meet the Partners Behind KNS Architects

Our story began in 1997, born from a friendship formed in architecture school. What started with three students learning the ropes has evolved into a firm that works across India and beyond. We are Kanhai, Neemesh, and Shresht, and our firm, KNS, is built on the belief that buildings are more than just walls and roofs. They are places that must look good, feel right, and stand the test of time.

Our approach is guided by our motto: Ideas, Ideation, and Identities. We do not apply a single template to every project. Whether we are designing a luxury villa in Lonavala or a corporate workspace in Mumbai, we blend Vastu principles with modern geometry and sustainable practices.

We have learned that the most critical part of the process is the human element. Our team, which we consider an extension of our own family, works closely with you to understand your specific needs. From the initial sketch to the final site execution, we remain involved, monitoring every detail—from lighting layouts to material finishes.
