Farm-to-Table Freshness: Our Hydroponic Garden
Ever wondered where your salad greens come from? We don't just cook food; we grow it. Here at our JP Nagar cafe, we have built our own vertical hydroponic farm so every bite you take is as fresh as it gets.
We were honored to host FLO Bangalore for an educational session on hydroponics. Participants learned about sustainable home farming and even made their own fresh salads with our hydroponically grown greens.
A look at the progress of our indoor hydroponic farm. With optimized nutrients and dedicated care, our greens are growing healthier and more vibrant each day, ready to be harvested for your meals.
About Farm-to-Table Freshness: Our Hydroponic Garden
Our hydroponic garden is not just for show. It is where we harvest the kale and lettuce for our salads daily. When you order a fresh bowl, you are eating produce grown on-site without any pesticides, often just minutes after it is plucked.
We believe you should know exactly what goes into your meal. Our vertical garden in JP Nagar uses an advanced hydroponic system that replaces soil with nutrient-rich water. This allows us to grow greens year-round, right inside our cafe, without the need for pesticides or long transport times.
When you dine with us, you are tasting produce that has traveled zero miles from the wall to your plate. Whether it is the crisp kale in our signature salads or the fresh herbs garnishing our fusion pasta, the difference in crunch and flavor is immediate.
We also regularly host community workshops where we teach you how to set up your own small-scale hydroponic system at home. It is a great way to learn about urban farming while enjoying some coffee and creative company. If you are curious about how we manage our garden or want to know which veggies are currently ready for harvest, feel free to drop by or reach out. We love talking plants as much as we love brewing coffee.
