About Additional Portraits & Magazine Work
When we work on an editorial set, I look for more than just a clean pose. Whether we are shooting on location or in a studio, my process involves a conversation with the stylist and the talent to ensure the final images—the ones that make it to print—feel authentic rather than over-processed.
I don't just shoot and upload. My editorial work starts with understanding the narrative, whether it is for a magazine cover or a lifestyle spread. I collaborate closely with makeup artists and stylists to build a visual language that fits the brief perfectly.
I handle all high-end retouching myself. I focus on frequency separation and precise color grading to maintain skin texture while ensuring the mood is cinematic. I work with professional lighting rigs, both in studios and on location.
