About Online Courses for Creative Journaling & Vision Boards
Why I Started This
Most days, my brain feels like it has too many tabs open. Sometimes, dimaag ka dahi ho jata hai (my mind turns to mush) and I just need a way to clear things out. I began creative journaling not to make pretty art, but to get my thoughts out and slow down.
What These Courses Are About
This isn’t about being “artistic” or having perfect handwriting. I believe creative journaling and vision boards are tools for mental health and self-reflection. In my courses, we learn to label our thoughts, give ourselves space, and make sense of the “noise” in our heads. Not every thought is reality - sometimes, you need to just get them on paper and move on.
Course Options
- 3-Day Live Online Workshop: Interactive, small group, really beginner-friendly. I send you a journaling kit so you don’t have to hunt for supplies. We do guided journaling exercises together and I answer everyone’s questions.
- Self-Paced Creative Journaling: Move at your own speed. Good for those “scraps of your mind” days. Doodles, lists, collage - no experience needed.
- Digital Vision Board Course: Not just sticking random stuff on a chart. We work through what you truly want, using affirmations and gratitude. Helpful for anyone wanting to actually move forward, not just make a pretty board.
Who Will Like This
If you get overwhelmed, struggle to express yourself, or want to try creative self-care in a chill, non-judgy space, you’ll probably feel at home here. No fancy supplies or drawing skills needed.
What Others Say
People tell me I make it simple and that they finally “get” how to use journaling for themselves. I’m always around to support you if you get stuck.

My Story
I’m the person who buys fancy notebooks and then just stares at them - too scared to mess up a perfect page. Life felt too plain to write about, until I started drawing my boring days. Honestly, my sketches are pretty bad, but who cares? Journaling and embroidery turned into my escape, my way to choose myself, no big occasion needed. I’m just here, making a safe little corner for messy pages and inner kids who want to speak up.
My Work
All kinds of journaling workshops - I run creative journaling workshops, online klubs, vision board journaling, and travel journaling sessions.
Journaling for your mind, not just for fun - I show you how journaling can help when life’s a mess. It’s a mental health tool, not just stickers.
No art skills needed, no fancy gear - You don’t need to be an artist or have an exciting life. Just bring a pen and page, find magic in daily stuff.
Zero pressure, zero guilt - Missed a week? No worries. One messy page is enough. No one’s judging here.
Let’s make your journal interactive - We’ll use interactive journaling hacks - lists, doodles, vision boards. Make memories real, not perfect.
