When planning a first birthday session, you really have two distinct paths. If you choose a studio cake smash, we control every detail from the themed backdrops to the props, making it easy to manage even with a fussy toddler. If you prefer an outdoor park session across Delhi-NCR or Haryana, we focus on candid, natural movement where your child can explore, though we are always at the mercy of the weather and light.
Deciding Between Studio and Outdoor Sessions
For a first birthday, the setting changes everything. My Rohtak studio is fully equipped for themed setups like winter wonderlands, nautical scenes, or celestial backdrops. This is the best choice if you want specific props, coordinated costumes, and controlled lighting, which helps keep babies focused. It is also the only way to get a true, mess-free cake smash and bubble bath experience, as we provide all the balloons and decor.
On the other hand, outdoor sessions across Delhi-NCR offer a more relaxed, candid feel. We capture your family interacting in nature, perhaps during a golden hour walk. While we cannot control the environment, the photos have a soft, natural glow that looks beautiful for family portraits.
What to Expect During the Session
I know that a one-year-old’s mood can be unpredictable. If there are tears or tantrums, I do not rush. We give your child time to settle, explore the set, or take a snack break. The goal is to capture genuine smiles, not forced poses. For our studio sessions, I provide costumes for babies up to one year, but I ask parents to bring their own coordinated outfits.

If you are looking for a comprehensive experience, our combined package covers both studio time and a nearby park session, plus a printed album. A 40% to 50% advance is standard for booking, which secures your date. Please note that for outdoor shoots, any entry fees or permits for the location are the responsibility of the client. Travel charges apply for sessions held outside our immediate service range. Whether it is a simple cake smash or a full family celebration, my priority is giving you images that you will look back on with a smile.
