We train across all categories, from the little ones in our Under-9 groups learning their first crossover, to our senior men’s and women’s teams competing in high-stakes 3x3 tournaments. The journey from my training court to the CBSE Nationals or Jr. NBA finals is not easy, but it is clear. We don't rely on shortcuts. My coaching focuses on reading the game, defensive rotations, and conditioning that keeps you moving when others are gassed.
