Paper and Finishing Details

We treat these smaller items with the same level of care as our formal invitations. For menu cards, we often use 280-350 GSM cardstock in matte or textured finishes to provide weight and durability. We can incorporate high-definition digital printing with your choice of gold or rose gold foil, or use die-cutting technology to create unique shapes—like clouds for a baby shower or custom outlines for a destination wedding. For a formal dinner, we might suggest a laser-cut sleeve that holds the menu like a sealed letter, adding a tactile element to the table setting.

Planning Your Stationery

Production typically takes 7-10 business days after design approval. Because these items are often needed closer to the event date, we recommend finalizing your guest list and menu text at least two weeks before you need the printed materials. This gives us the necessary time to refine the layout, ensure the print quality meets our standards, and handle the final assembly with the ribbons, wax seals, or belly bands that complete the look.
