About Cozy Terrace Setups
For these terrace setups, I use a 6ft x 6ft pipe frame with LED light curtains to define the space. You will need to provide the mattresses for the floor seating, and I will bring the sheets, cushions, balloon ring, and neon signs. It takes about 3 hours for me to complete the installation, and I return the next day to dismantle and collect the rental equipment.
Transforming an open terrace is all about controlling the lighting and structure. Since these spaces are exposed, I prioritize the fairy light canopy to create an enclosed, cozy feeling under the stars. The 6-foot metal ring with organic balloon garlands usually serves as the main photo backdrop, and the neon sign adds a modern touch to the vibe.
Important Planning Details
- Power Access: My setups use LED light curtains and neon signage, so I need access to a power point near the terrace area. If you do not have an outdoor socket, please keep an extension cord ready.
- Weather: These setups are semi-permanent. If you are planning this during monsoon season or high-wind days, please have an indoor backup area ready, as I cannot set up the light canopy in open rain.
- Furniture: You provide the mattresses for the floor seating, and I bring the covers, cushions, and the pipe frame structure to drape them. This ensures you get the exact comfort level you want for your guests.
Pricing & Booking
The premium terrace cabana setup ranges between ₹5800 and ₹6500. This fee covers the full structure, the balloon garland with 150+ balloons, the rose petal path, and the lighting elements. I handle everything from transport to installation. If you are planning a surprise, just give me a 3-hour window before your guests arrive, and I will have everything ready to go.
