New Year's Eve Balloon Decoration

New Year's Eve parties need that one dedicated spot where everyone gathers for pictures. I specialize in these ring-style backdrops because they do not take up an entire room but still look professional.

What goes into your setup

I use a 6ft circular metal frame that I bring and set up at your venue. For the balloons, I do not use cheap matte ones for NYE. I exclusively use chrome gold, metallic silver, and black to get that premium, high-gloss finish. The organic garland, where the balloons are sized differently to look natural rather than stiff, wraps around the edge.

I weave LED fairy lights through the garland so you do not need additional studio lighting for your photos. If you need specific foil numbers for the upcoming year or a ‘Happy New Year’ sign, let me know when you book.

How it works

• Timeline: I usually need about 90 minutes for a standard ring setup.
• Logistics: I handle the setup and the breakdown of the metal frame after your party.
• Pricing: The package typically ranges from ₹5,500 to ₹7,500 depending on the volume of chrome balloons and the complexity of the backdrop cover.
• Locations: I cover all of Delhi NCR. Whether you are in a high-rise in Gurgaon or a residential home in South Delhi, I bring my own tools and handle the installation.
