Independence and Republic Day Balloon Decoration
Transform your office entrance or community venue with custom tricolor balloon arches and patriotic flag motifs designed for national holidays across Delhi NCR.
Here is a full office decoration I did for Independence Day. The main feature is a large backdrop of the Indian flag made entirely of saffron, white, and green balloons, complete with a printed Ashoka Chakra in the center. I also added smaller balloon clusters and flag bunting throughout the room.
This large tricolor balloon arch makes a grand entrance for any Independence Day or Republic Day event. Built with saffron, white, and green latex balloons, it's a popular choice for building entrances, society gates, and stage setups, creating a welcoming and patriotic atmosphere.
A tricolor balloon arch is a simple yet effective way to decorate an office entrance for Independence Day. This setup uses saffron, white, and green balloons to frame the doorway, creating a festive welcome for employees and visitors.
For this Independence Day setup, I created a rectangular balloon frame using our national colors. This structure is designed to highlight a central poster or banner, making it a great option for stage backdrops or photo points at corporate and community events.
Here is another example of a tricolor balloon arch, this time installed at the entrance of a commercial storefront. The spiral pattern of saffron, white, and green balloons is eye-catching and adds a celebratory touch for customers on a national holiday.
About Independence & Republic Day Decor
Most of my patriotic setups for offices involve a standard 8ft by 10ft tricolor arch that frames your entrance. If you need something for a stage or reception, I also build wall-mounted balloon flags with a central Ashoka Chakra cutout, which usually takes about two hours to install on-site.
For Independence Day and Republic Day celebrations, I focus on high-impact visuals that are easy to set up and remove. My standard tricolor balloon arch uses a precise mix of saffron, white, and green latex balloons to frame double-door entrances, making them ideal for corporate lobbies, schools, and apartment society gates.
Decoration Options
- Entrance Arches: Standard spiral pattern structures that fit 8ft by 10ft spaces.
- Wall-Mounted Flags: Rectangular balloon arrangements that mimic the Indian flag, featuring a central Ashoka Chakra cutout for stage backdrops.
- Lobby Accents: Smaller balloon clusters, tricolor bunting, and paper flags for reception desks.
Logistics and Setup
I cover the entire Delhi NCR region, including Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Noida, and Ghaziabad. Since these events often require installation before office hours or school functions, I offer morning-of or same-day setups to ensure your venue is ready on time. My process includes all materials—metal or PVC frames, inflation, and onsite mounting using damage-free hooks. Once the event concludes, I can also coordinate the removal of the structure if you prefer not to handle the disposal yourself.
