Candid Photography for Naming Ceremonies & Parties

Whether it is a traditional naming ceremony or an energetic birthday bash, my goal is to blend into the background. I want to catch the laughter, the surprised expressions, and those quiet moments of connection between relatives that happen when nobody is looking.

How I work

I spend 3 to 4 hours at your venue, moving between documenting candid interactions and coordinating the group photos you need. Because I know event venues—whether they are banquet halls or home living rooms—often have tricky lighting, I bring equipment specifically designed for low-light environments. This means no intrusive flashes that stop the music or make guests blink.

What to expect

You will get 100 to 150 color-corrected soft copies that tell the full story of your day. I also include 15 to 20 special highlight portraits with careful skin retouching for those frame-worthy shots.

Practical details

I typically turn around the final gallery in about two to three weeks. If you have specific rituals during a naming ceremony you want to ensure are covered, just let me know beforehand. I am here to help you preserve the joy of the day without the stress of managing the photography yourself.
