About Classic & Candid Portraits
I offer a blend of classic studio portraits and candid lifestyle shots. While I handle the lighting and setup, the real work happens when I wait for the kids to let their guard down. Whether we choose a Charcoal Black studio backdrop or find a quiet corner in a Bengaluru park, my goal remains the same: capturing the laugh, the hug, and the way you look at your family when no one is watching.
My Approach to Family Portraits
I know that getting everyone to look at the camera and smile at the same time is not always possible. That is perfectly fine with me. My sessions are designed to be relaxed, giving you space to interact naturally while I document the genuine dynamics between you, your partner, and your children.
Studio vs. Outdoor Sessions
I shoot with a Sony R5, which allows me to capture fine details and soft, creamy textures. If you prefer the control of a studio, I have solid backdrops in Charcoal Black, Textured Red, and Soft Pink. These clean backgrounds keep the focus entirely on you and your family. If you prefer a more natural look, we can head to a park in Bengaluru to use available light and greenery. I always provide a consultation on color coordination for your outfits, so you look cohesive without feeling like you are wearing uniforms.
Why Candid Matters
Classic posed portraits are great for the mantelpiece, but candid shots tell the story. I pay close attention to the way your child grips your hand, or the small jokes you share when you think I am not looking. These are the moments that hold the most feeling. My editing style is warm and gentle, enhancing the natural colors of the day without over-processing the images. You receive a mix of these high-resolution images, ready to be printed or shared with your loved ones.
