This is not a sport where you win points. This is a survival system built for the streets of Delhi. Learn how to defend yourself against real threats, not just theoretical ones.

In this interview with Aaj Tak, I explain in Hindi what makes Krav Maga so practical. We take what works from many martial arts and adapt it for modern threats like knives and guns, because real life has no referee.

Your mind is your primary weapon. We train situational awareness, quick decision-making, and controlled aggression because mindset is more important than muscle in a real confrontation.

You don't need years to learn how to defend yourself. Krav Maga is built on your body's natural instincts, making it fast to learn and easy to remember under pressure.

We train for real threats. My curriculum focuses on practical solutions for the most common dangers you might face, including chokes, weapon attacks, and even multiple attackers.

This explains the core of what I teach. Krav Maga is the official hand-to-hand combat system of the Israeli Defense Forces, proven effective in the most extreme environments and now taught to civilians like you.

What is Krav Maga? It's the world's most practical self-defense system, designed for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level.

To truly understand Krav Maga, you must know its core pillars. This series breaks down the fundamental principles that make it such an effective system for self-preservation.

Pillar 1: Simultaneous Defense & Attack. We never just block. Every defensive move is paired with an immediate counter-attack to the opponent's vulnerable points to end the fight quickly.

Pillar 2: Continuous Motion or 'Retzev'. We teach you to move instinctively and flow from one technique to the next without hesitation, overwhelming the attacker so they have no time to react.

Pillar 3: Decisive Action. When your safety is at stake, you cannot hesitate. We train you to act decisively and use the necessary force to neutralize the threat without worrying about "fighting etiquette".

About The Krav Maga Philosophy: Survival Over Sport

Many students assume they need a gym background to start. You don't. I teach Krav Maga as a system of instinctive movements, not a series of complex rituals. Whether you are navigating a grab, a choke, or a street threat, the goal is simple, efficient action. You do not need to be the strongest person in the room to win, you just need to be the one who refuses to freeze.
