Kartkrew Motorsports and The Hairpin Co. joined forces to create Kairos Racing, a dedicated platform for women to learn, compete, and climb the ranks in motorsport.

About Kairos Racing: Empowering Women in Motorsport
We don't just want more women on the track, we want them on the podium. Through Kairos Racing, we provide a clear pathway from your first karting session to international competitions like the Dubai Endurance Championship, focusing on high-level coaching, fitness, and data analysis.

Our Training Approach
We understand that racing is not just about raw speed. Our training modules for female drivers focus on:
- High-Performance Fitness: Developing the neck and core strength required for sustained high-G cornering.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Using Mychron 5 telemetry to compare your braking points and racing lines against professional benchmarks.
- Race Craft: Intensive practice on overtaking, defending your line, and managing race-weekend pressure.

Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to advance your career, we have a pathway for you. We provide the technical setup, kart maintenance, and logistics support so you can focus entirely on your driving.
