Our program for women and girls is structured to provide a clear pathway for competitive growth. We combine technical football coaching—ball mastery, passing accuracy, and positional play—with dedicated strength and conditioning sessions to ensure you are match-ready.

We recognize the specific needs of female athletes, which is why our training includes specialized injury prevention drills, such as ACL strengthening, alongside standard tactical modules.

What You Can Expect

• Competitive Pathway: Our players participate in the KSFA Women's A-Division League and the Asmita Khelo India League. If you have the skill and the drive, you get the opportunity to represent our team at these tournaments.
• Gender-Sensitized Coaching: Our staff creates an environment where players can feel confident, ask questions, and push their boundaries without hesitation.
• Mixed Skill Levels: We group players based on their current ability, not just their age. This ensures that every session is challenging but appropriate for your level, whether you are just starting your football journey or preparing for national trials.
• Practical Focus: We spend less time on theory and more time on the turf. You will be playing, practicing scenarios, and getting direct feedback from coaches who hold AIFF or AFC licenses.
