Babies cannot tell you when fabric itches, but their tears do. That is why I am obsessed with lining every romper and dhoti set with soft malmal or cotton, ensuring there are no raw edges or scratchy lace against delicate skin.
A baby’s first few months are a blur of feedings, cuddles, and rapid changes. My goal is to make sure their outfit is the one thing you do not have to worry about. Whether you need a traditional Angrakha-style dhoti set for a naming ceremony or a soft satin romper for a photoshoot, everything is made-to-measure. I use hypoallergenic fabrics like pure cotton and premium malmal because newborn skin is incredibly sensitive. You will not find any harsh zippers or itchy embellishments here. Instead, I use snap buttons at the crotch and back for quick, fuss-free diaper changes. Many of the sets you see here, especially the Jamna collections, are designed as complete kits. They typically include the outfit, a quilted blanket, a matching cap, and soft-soled booties. It is a one-stop solution for new parents who want that picture-perfect look without the discomfort of off-the-shelf party wear.
