I don't do standard. Whether it is a staircase that acts as sculpture or a door that vanishes into a marble wall, it is about the moments that make you stop and look twice. Let's build your story into the architecture.

A close-up, top-down view of the "Cinderella staircase" from the Agra Fort Project. The smooth, flowing curves of the handrail create a sculptural form that is both beautiful and functional.

This angle shows how the sculptural staircase in the Agra Fort Project interacts with the surrounding space. It’s not just a way to get from one floor to another; it’s a central design feature of the home.

At the base of the staircase in the Agra Fort Project, a custom travertine console holds a bronze statue, creating a moment of peace and reflection. This is how I integrate spiritual elements into a modern home.

The entrance to the "Dream Project" features a door clad entirely in Grey Myst marble. It’s designed to be virtually invisible when closed, creating a seamless marble wall that makes a powerful first impression.

A top-down view of the statement living room, showing the arrangement of the bold red sofa on a circular rug. This perspective highlights the herringbone pattern of the wood floor and the generous scale of the space.

This view shows the double-height living space with its statement red sofa and custom hanging light fixture. The large arched windows flood the room with natural light, enhancing the feeling of openness.

A wide shot of the luxurious living room, showcasing the combination of the deep red sofa, plush pink armchairs, and intricate blue rug. It’s a space that is layered with color, texture, and personality.

This basement lounge was designed to feel open and inviting. A soft beige palette, clean lines, and a striking art installation create an elegant space for entertaining or relaxing.

About Signature Details & Craftsmanship

Real craftsmanship is not about expensive finishes; it is about the decision to hide a door frame entirely or engineering a staircase to flow like liquid. For the Agra Fort project, we didn't just build a staircase—we created a sculptural element that became the home's emotional center, using travertine for the console because stone holds warmth that wood simply cannot replicate. If you want details that actually do something, let's talk.

Details are where the 'slap' happens. Most contractors will give you a standard layout, but that is not why you hire an architect. You hire someone to make the mundane interesting.

Take the Agra Fort project. We were dealing with 27 row houses, all with the same structure. To make this one stand out, we obsessed over the staircase. It wasn't just about moving people from floor to floor; it was about the curve, the handrail, and how the light hit the travertine console at the base. That piece of stone isn't just decoration; it’s where a bronze statue sits, grounding the entire space. It’s about creating an emotional reaction.

Then there is the invisible door concept using Grey Myst marble. Why have a door that screams 'look at me' when you can have a wall that opens up? That is the kind of detail that turns a standard duplex into a proper experience.

I focus on materials that age well—travertine, micro-toppings, and brass—because a home should look better after five years, not dated. Whether it is a floating sink, a secret passage, or custom furniture designed for your specific habits, every choice serves a purpose. If you are looking for someone to just fill a room, I’m not the guy. But if you want to obsess over the door hinges, the texture of the plaster, and the flow of the room, then we have a lot to discuss.
