My highlight reel. These are the spaces that define my approach: bold shapes, structural risks, and a focus on quiet luxury that feels real.
This project marks my first international footprint, a 20,000 square foot statement home in a coveted Chicago suburb. With panoramic lake views and an indoor heated pool, this residence was a rare and dramatic design challenge, showing how my architectural vision translates on a global scale.
This is what I mean by blurring the lines between inside and out. The strong architectural arch is softened by a cascade of rooftop greenery, creating a home that feels both powerful and alive. It’s a design that breathes.
Quiet luxury is in the details. For this Walkeshwar duplex, I framed the stunning bay view with Grey Myst marble, turning a simple window into a living painting. The custom basin and minimalist tap complete this moment of serene elegance.
The client asked for a full-scale Indian temple inside a wooden house in the USA. I used lightweight FRP to mimic heavy carved stone, solving a huge structural challenge. This project shows how I tackle unconventional ideas to create something truly special and authentic.
A living room should be more than just a room; it should be a statement. The deep red sofa is the heart of this space, its boldness balanced by the room's grand height, arched windows, and warm, natural light.
I transformed a simple staircase into a flowing, sculptural centerpiece for the Agra Fort Project. Bathed in natural light from a skylight above, it’s a functional element that feels like a piece of art, guiding you upward.
This deck for Project 86 is a private escape above the city. With a vertical garden, sculptural Vondom furniture, and an uninterrupted ocean view, it’s the perfect spot for a sundowner. It’s an outdoor room designed for relaxation.
This architectural render showcases a complete lifestyle vision. An earthy, modern home with clean lines and bold volumes, crowned with the ultimate escape: a private rooftop garden and pool. This is where architecture and lifestyle become one.

This isn't a standard portfolio. It is the collection of moments where I pushed structural limits to make something distinct. Like the full-scale Indian temple I built inside a wooden home in Chicago, using FRP to mimic stone without the weight. Or the terrace deck at Project 86, where I turned a living room extension into a lounge that feels like it is floating over the ocean. Every project here started with a 'how do we actually build this?' question, and that is where the design magic happens.
I don't believe in trends. If you want a standard, cookie-cutter layout, you have plenty of other options. I am here for the crazy idea, the one that makes you feel something the moment you walk through the door.
My approach is about quiet luxury. That means natural stone, rich wood, and light that hits the wall just right. In these projects, you will see how I blur the lines between inside and out. I bring rooftop gardens and greenery into the living room because a home should breathe.
When I work on a space, I am involved from the first concept sketch to the site execution. Whether it is sourcing Grey Myst marble for a Walkeshwar duplex or engineering hidden automation for a luxury villa, I obsess over the details that make a space yours.
I handle the full scope: structural planning, material selection, and those 'weirdly interesting' architectural challenges others avoid. If you have a site and a vision, let’s see if we can make it a slap.

I am Karan. I would rather be the Will Smith slap than the Oscar winner. I don't do corporate architecture. I do the stuff that makes you stop and look twice. If you want a space that feels like a home and not a showroom, we will get along just fine.
