My Journey in Art

I am Karan Singh, and for me, being a caricature artist is about more than just drawing. Over the last 20 years, I have developed a style that focuses on what I call 'comedy on paper'—bold lines and exaggerated features that highlight the charm of a person. My work is deeply personal, and I often feel that when I sketch, I am participating in a moment of joy that people will hold onto.

How I Work

I bridge the gap between traditional and modern techniques. Depending on the need, I work with:

• Live Events: I travel across India, bringing my easel to corporate parties, birthday bashes, and weddings. My goal here is to interact, break the ice, and give your guests a personalized souvenir they can take home immediately.
• Custom Portraits: If you are looking for a gift, I create high-resolution digital caricatures (delivered via email) and physical, framed artwork. Whether it is a couple caricature or a single-face portrait, I ensure the final piece captures your specific vibe.

People often ask why I focus on caricatures. The answer is simple: a portrait is nice, but a caricature tells a story. It captures personality in a way a standard photograph cannot.
