1. The Initial Sketch We finalize the design on paper before any metal is cut. Once the sketch is approved and the design is set, we do not change the structural elements. This is our promise to you—the piece we discuss is exactly what you receive.
2. Crafting in Mumbai Every item is handmade in our Charni Road studio. We avoid mass-produced molds. Using hallmarked gold and certified diamonds, we manage the entire production cycle in-house. This allows us to maintain strict quality control and ensures that your jewellery is durable enough for daily wear, not just special occasions.
3. The Final Polish This is where the magic happens. We personally inspect every setting to make sure stones are secure and the finish is smooth. Because we use hallmarked gold, every piece comes with authentication, ensuring you get exactly what you paid for.
