The Path to Advocacy: My Legal Journey and Philosophy
Law is not just about arguments in a courtroom; it is about the journey, the principles, and the people behind the case. Here is a glimpse into what drives my practice at Nyaypratham Legal.
A photo from my internship with my mentor, Sir Atmaram N.S Nadkarni, the then Additional Solicitor General of India. Learning from such a distinguished personality was a formative experience in my career.
Sharing a proud moment with my parents at the Supreme Court. Their support has been the bedrock of my journey. The caption was a joke, but their pride is very real.
A throwback to my early days. Every lawyer starts with a dream; mine was to build a career where I could make a real difference.
An older photo, but the drive remains the same. I believe in standing out and carving my own path in the pursuit of justice.
About The Path to Advocacy
Many clients ask how we balance high-stakes litigation with a human-centric approach at our Lajpat Nagar office. The answer lies in the early mentorship I received and the fundamental belief that every file represents a real person’s life or liberty. Whether we are preparing a writ petition for the Supreme Court or navigating a civil dispute in the district courts, my team and I prioritize clear communication, ensuring you are never in the dark about the strategy or the next steps in your case.
My Guiding Principles: Nyay, Nishtha, Dharma
For me, law without justice is like a ghaav bina ilaj (a wound without a cure). My practice is built on three core pillars: Nyay (Justice), Nishtha (Integrity), and Dharma (Duty). I do not look at cases as just paperwork or billable hours. I look for real solutions that hold up under legal scrutiny and offer my clients a genuine path forward.
The Firm: Nyaypratham Legal
Success in litigation is rarely a solo act. At Nyaypratham Legal, we function as a close-knit team where mentorship and collaborative effort are central to our work. We break down complex cases, analyze every detail, and ensure that when we walk into court—be it the Supreme Court of India or the Delhi High Court—we are fully prepared. I believe in the principle that 'Zid zaroori hai jeetne ke liye' (Stubbornness is necessary to win), which is why we fight for your liberty and rights with everything we have.
