About Criminal Law Defense
Why I Do This Work
For me, criminal law is about nyay, nishtha, dharma - justice, integrity, and duty. When your freedom is on the line, you don’t just need a lawyer, you need someone who’ll fight as if it’s their own case. I don’t believe in shortcuts or half-hearted efforts.
How I Approach Each Case
Zid zaroori hai jeetne ke liye (You need stubbornness to win). I look at every case with this in mind:
- I double-check every bit of evidence, looking for mistakes in the prosecution’s story.
- I spend hours on legal research, building arguments from case law and precedents that most people overlook.
- Whether it’s a bail petition or a quashing of FIR legal help, my focus is always to deliver, every single time.
What I Handle
I represent clients from District Courts to the Supreme Court. My main work covers:
- Bail and anticipatory bail (including tough cases)
- Quashing of FIRs and criminal proceedings
- Juvenile justice advocate, especially for pre-arrest bail for minors
- Illegal detention legal remedy
- Defense under POSH & POCSO Act
Real Results
- Got bail for a client jailed 6 years for murder after exposing flaws in the case.
- Won anticipatory bail for a minor by pushing the court to look beyond standard rules.
- Stopped illegal detention by fighting for immediate release in court.
If you want someone who stands firm, even when things look tough, that’s what I do.

My Story
Sometimes, I just sit back and think - from mooting as a student to now judging them, life’s wild, yaar. Dekho, door jaana hai toh mehnat toh karni padegi (If you want to go far, you gotta work for it). My family? My biggest power. Three generations in one photo, that’s my heaven. Friends, too, my extended family. And, haan, a right swipe turned into shaadi plans for 2025 - life’s own case, you know. All this keeps me real.
My Work
Legal Services - Supreme Court & Beyond - I handle criminal law, anticipatory bail, quashing of FIRs, civil cases, and POSH matters across courts.
How I Work - Teamwork is everything. We break down cases, check every detail, and fight for your liberty, even for a day.
My Philosophy - Nyay, Nishtha, Dharma - Justice, Integrity, Duty. Bail should be the rule, not jail. I stand for fair process.
Mentoring Young Lawyers - I get it - theory’s one thing, courtrooms another. So I help new lawyers bridge that gap, real talk.
