Getting behind the decks is only half the story. Here is a look at the graft, the collaborations, and the community that fuels my sound.

Back in the studio after a month of touring. This is where the magic happens, where I cook up new music and experiment with sounds. Stay tuned for new releases.

A little introduction to my journey. From tabla lessons in Delhi to making bootlegs in London, it's been a wild ride. My goal is to bring communities and sounds together.

Hanging out with the don, Hamdi. Being able to connect with artists I look up to is one of the best parts of this journey.

A polaroid from the studio, holding a sign for my 'Kalbaisakhi under NDCR' set. Just a snapshot of my creative space.

A candid shot from a gig. It's not just about playing music, it's about the connections you make and the people you meet along the way.

A moment of pure joy and friendship behind the decks. The support from my homies means the world to me.

Sharing a moment with a fellow DJ. The scene is all about collaboration and mutual respect.

A cup of chai on the decks. A little piece of home, no matter where in the world I'm playing. This was at a cool in-store set.

Scenes from a midday b2b session in Gurugram. Just a casual jam, trying out new blends and having fun with it. The full mix, from slow and steady to chaotic, is up on YouTube.

About In The Studio & With The Crew

My studio process isn't about churning out tracks; it’s about that specific feeling when a Desi sample hits a UK Garage rhythm. Whether I’m recording a new dubplate or session-jamming with other DJs, I treat every project like a live set. If you are booking me for your event, expect that same energy—I don’t just show up to play; I show up to build a moment.

The music you hear on the dancefloor doesn't just happen. It’s the result of endless hours in the lab, constantly flipping classics and testing new blends. My approach as a music producer and curator is to act as a bridge—taking the percussive, raw energy of my Delhi upbringing and smashing it against the bass-heavy underground scene I found in London.

Building the Sound

When I'm in the studio, the focus is on creating custom edits you won't find anywhere else. I’m obsessed with the 'student of the game' philosophy. That means learning from every artist I connect with—whether it's b2b sessions in Gurugram or collaborating with legends from the UK scene.

Collaboration & Community

I’ve always believed that music is about the connections you make. My work with platforms like Boiler Room, Rinse FM, and Jägermeister’s DJ Akademie wasn't just about the set; it was about the people involved. If you are looking to book someone who treats your event as a sonic narrative rather than just a playlist, let’s talk. I bring that same level of detail to private parties and brand gigs that I do to my own productions. It’s all about the vibe, the rhythm, and making sure the dancefloor feels the weight of the bass.

I’m Vibhu, but you might know me as Kalbaisakhi. I’m a student of the underground music scene, constantly obsessed with how to bridge my Delhi roots with the bass-heavy energy I’ve found living in London. When I’m not playing, I’m deep in the lab, either cooking up new dubs or linking up with homies to push the sound forward.
