Art Classes That Build Confidence and Focus
At Kalarang Club, we believe art is therapy. Beyond drawing, we use creative activities to help kids build focus, confidence, and essential life skills in a pressure-free environment.
This is the heart of what I do: creating a space where children can find pure joy and confidence through art. This smile is why my workshops are more like art parties than classes.
My workshops are all about collaboration and community. Here you can see an outdoor clay modelling session in full swing, where kids learn together in a fun, supportive group setting.
From a lump of eco-friendly clay to a beautiful Ganesha idol they can cherish. This video shows a child proudly displaying their handmade creation from one of my popular festive workshops.
This is art meeting science! A proud group of students from my DIY Chandrayaan workshop, where we explored concepts like magnetism while creating amazing space-themed art.
I love combining art with storytelling. In this session, we collaborated with a guest author, and the children got to draw the characters straight from their imagination as the story unfolded.
My art family is global! This collage shows some of my wonderful students from India, the US, and Canada joining my online workshops to learn, create, and connect from anywhere in the world.

I believe in making learning a joyful activity, not a chore. In this video, I share a simple parenting tip on how changing our words from "study" to "activity" can reduce pressure on kids.
About Featured
Instead of focusing on perfect drawings, we swap 'study' for 'activity' to take the pressure off. My sessions are specifically designed to build the 4 Cs: creativity, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration. Whether your child joins us online or at our centers, the focus is always on creating a space where they feel safe to explore, not just perform.
At Kalarang Club, I don't just teach children how to hold a brush. I use art as a window into a child's development. My background in child psychology informs every workshop, allowing us to move beyond traditional drawing classes and into right-brain exercises that truly matter.
Why Our Approach Is Different
We often push children with the word 'padhai' (studies), which can turn learning into a burden. In my classes, we use the word 'activity' instead. When children view their work as a fun activity rather than a performance, their anxiety drops, and their natural curiosity takes over. This is how we helped shy children like Eva bloom, and it is the foundation of every session we run, whether it is clay modelling, mandala drawing, or science-art fusion.
Developing the 4 Cs
We focus on the four pillars of modern childhood growth:
- Creativity: Exploring textures, colors, and abstract concepts.
- Critical Thinking: Problem-solving through DIY kits and science-based art.
- Communication: Sharing stories during sessions and expressing feelings on paper.
- Collaboration: Working together in group sessions to build social skills.
Where You Can Find Us
I run these workshops in a hybrid format to make them accessible to families everywhere. For those in Mumbai, we have our studio in Dombivli. For the NCR community, we host sessions at our center in Sector 76, Noida. If you are located further away, our online sessions via Zoom allow children from India, the US, and Canada to join our vibrant art community. All offline materials, from terracotta clay to acrylics, are fully provided, so your child just needs to show up ready to create.
Kalarang Club
I am Sharvari, and I believe art is the best medium for a child to find themselves. My team and I design every session to be a safe space where kids feel supported, not judged, whether they are working with clay or exploring right-brain sketching exercises.
