We know a Haldi ceremony is pure chaos. Rather than standing on the sidelines, we jump into the middle of the action with high-speed camera settings. This allows us to catch the exact moment of a flower splash or a surprised laugh, freezing the energy without getting in the way of your family's traditions.
Your Haldi and Mehendi events are usually when the real, unscripted stuff happens. While we do cover the classic portraits you might want for family albums, our main goal is to be invisible observers. One of us handles the wide, energetic shots of the crowd and the ceremony flow, while the other focuses on the details—like the texture of the marigold flowers or the specific reactions of your parents. We don't ask you to 'hold that pose.' Instead, we let the ritual unfold, using off-camera lighting only when necessary to keep the look natural.
Documenting the Details
For Mehendi events, the energy shifts to something more relaxed. We spend time capturing the artistry of the henna application, which is often a significant part of the bridal look.
