About Our Signature Soaps
Because I use the traditional cold process method, these soaps are not made in a rush. Each batch requires a 30 to 40-day curing period to fully set and become gentle enough for your skin. This means the stock you see here is often limited, so if you are looking for a specific blend like my Charcoal or Multani Mitti bars, pre-ordering ensures you receive a batch at its peak.
Why I Choose Cold Process
Most mass-produced soaps are made quickly with synthetic detergents. I take the opposite route. By using the traditional cold process method, I combine natural oils, butters, and lye, then let the bars rest for at least a month. This patience is non-negotiable because it allows the saponification process to finish naturally, resulting in a bar that cleanses without stripping your skin of its natural moisture.
My Signature Blends
- Charcoal & Tea Tree: This is my go-to for anyone dealing with acne, pimples, or oily skin. The activated charcoal pulls out impurities from open pores, while the tea tree essential oil works to calm inflammation.
- Multani Mitti & Avocado: If you want a gentle cleanse that also helps with tan removal, this is it. The Multani Mitti provides a deep, earth-based clean, and I pack it with Avocado butter so your skin feels hydrated instead of dry.
Can You Customize?
Yes. One of the best parts about making these by hand is that I can tweak them for your skin type. If you have sensitive skin, need a specific scent, or want to add a particular clay or butter, just let me know. Because I manage the entire production from my workshop in Madurai and Chennai, I can adjust formulas for custom orders.
A Quick Note on Ingredients
You will never find SLS, parabens, or synthetic foaming agents in my soaps. I stick to fresh botanicals and good, nourishing fats like coconut, castor, and sesame oils. Whether you are grabbing a ready-made bar or requesting a custom batch, you are getting the same quality I use on my own skin.
