Fashion Styling Insights and Wedding Tips
I am Juhi, and I am here to cut through the fashion noise. This is where I share my styling process, debunk common industry myths, and offer honest advice on finding a look that feels like you.
A little snapshot of my personal style. The question of mixing metals comes up a lot. The jewelry test in my color analysis session gives you the answer, but a hot take: sometimes, rules are meant to be broken if it feels right for you.
Let's bust some fashion myths. In this video, I tackle common "rules" I hear all the time, like grooms not caring about fashion or that only a red lehenga makes a real bride. My philosophy is about timeless style over passing trends.
Styling for a winter wedding comes with its own set of challenges. I advise my clients to avoid light pastels and instead embrace rich jewel tones like emerald green and deep red that evoke a cozy, seasonal warmth.
A look back at a wonderful year of fashion, weddings, and adventure. This recap features some of the amazing clients I've worked with, from styling stunning brides to helping people find their confidence through personal style.
About Additional Work & Styling Insights
People often ask me if they really need a stylist or if they should follow every trend they see on Instagram. My answer is neither. Style is about finding what actually makes you look and feel like yourself, not ticking boxes on a checklist. Whether it is choosing between gold and silver jewelry or picking the right fabric for a winter wedding, I focus on the small, technical details that save you from regretting your outfit choices later.
Styling Beyond Trends
We are constantly told that we need the newest, trendiest items to look good. That is a myth. My approach is rooted in timeless style. Whether I am styling a bride for her big day or helping someone build a capsule wardrobe, I look at the individual first. Trends are temporary, but understanding your own palette and silhouette is forever.
Why Details Matter
I often see people making small mistakes that completely change how an outfit lands.
- Fabric Choices: In winter, delicate chiffon or organza might look pretty, but they will leave you shivering. Velvet and heavy silks provide the warmth and richness that the season demands.
- Color Theory: Pastels can be lovely, but if they wash you out, they are not your friends. In my color analysis sessions, we move past 'liking' a color to finding which ones actually make your skin glow.
- The Metal Test: People struggle with whether to wear gold, silver, or rose gold. We do a physical drape test to see which metal complements your undertones rather than fighting them.
My Philosophy
I believe in breaking the 'rules' when it makes sense. If you have been told that only a red lehenga makes a real bride, or that grooms should only wear beige and ivory, let us change that narrative. My job is to give you the confidence to wear what you love, knowing it fits your personal story perfectly.
