About Flair Bartending and Live Bar Service
Some nights the flair moves from behind the counter onto the stage, with bottles and shakers juggled to the music under the lights.
What flair looks like with us
Glasses spun in the air, bottles and shakers juggled behind the bar, and full routines on stage. We also use smoke and dry-ice effects at the counter.
The crew
We are around ten bartenders, men and women. You will usually see us in black shirts and red ties, sometimes in black waistcoats or cream waistcoats for a wedding.
Flair or classic service?
Flair draws a crowd and works well at a sangeet or a cocktail night. At a quieter dinner, a classic bar with clean, fast service may suit better. Many events mix the two, with flair at the start of the night and steady service after.
