The bar is part of the party
Flair is something we bring to the evening, not just a show at the start. Bottles and shakers get juggled behind the counter, and on some nights we take the routine up on stage.
The team
We are a crew of around ten, men and women, usually in black shirts and red ties. Three to five of us work one counter at a bigger event.
A note on choosing a bartending service
