This is the first thing a potential customer will see. I have selected and arranged these visuals to tell a compelling story about my food, my heritage, and the warm, authentic experience I offer.
My Childhood Breakfasts
This is the food I grew up on, the tastes that start the day with comfort and nostalgia. The Kopi Breakfast Set features crunchy Kaya Toast with a thick slab of butter, silky half boiled eggs just like my mum made, and a strong Hainanese style Kopi C.
Hearty Malaysian Meals
These are my go to comfort foods, the dishes that taste like home. This includes Malaysia's national dish, Nasi Lemak, with its fragrant coconut rice and spicy sambal, and other staples like rich Curry Laksa and savoury claypot rice.
Kopi, Teh & Snacks
In a Kopitiam, drinks and snacks are just as important as the main meals. I serve classic Teh Tarik, strong Kopi, and iced Milo for that chocolate fix, perfect with a Char Siu Bao or a sweet little kueh.
The Kopitiam Vibe: A Slice of Malaysia
I wanted to bring the feeling of a real Malaysian neighbourhood coffee shop to Bengaluru. It’s a place to hang out, chat, and eat good food. Every corner is filled with antiques and little things from my childhood, each with its own story.
Our Story & Recognition
Kopitiam Lah is a dream I built with my husband, Vinesh, born from my Malaysian Chinese heritage and our shared passion for food. I am so grateful for the love and recognition we have received from our customers and the press.
Family, Friends & Memories
This is a collection of personal moments, from celebrating with friends and family to quiet afternoons and my son Zev enjoying his favourite snacks. These are the memories that make this place feel like home.
