About Traditional Shagun Envelopes
Every envelope in this collection is crafted using 250 GSM shimmer cardstock, so they feel substantial in the hand rather than thin or flimsy. I use genuine gold foil stamping for the architectural and floral motifs, which provides a clean, premium finish that catches the light when you hand these out.
Quality You Can Feel
When gifting money for a wedding or festival, the envelope is the first thing your guest touches. I use 250 GSM shimmer or metallic paper because it holds its shape and carries the gold foil work without creasing. These envelopes are sized at 7.5 x 3.5 inches, specifically designed to fit Indian currency notes without any need for folding.
Traditional Design Motifs
This collection focuses on classic Indian heritage themes. You will find:
- Palace Architecture: Intricate jharokha and dome patterns that suit formal wedding settings.
- Royal Symbols: Peacock and lotus motifs that are considered auspicious for Shubh Shagun.
- Festive Accents: Temple bells and hanging flower garlands for a celebratory feel.
