We work primarily with a modular framing system that allows us to set up these traditional backdrops in under two hours. If you need a specific checkerboard marigold pattern or a particular drapes color combination from a reference photo, we use pre-tested materials to ensure the final layout looks identical to your example without requiring extensive on-site modifications.
For traditional Indian ceremonies, the quality of the marigold (genda phool) strings and the tautness of the fabric drapes determine the professional finish of the backdrop. We use a combination of dense artificial marigold garlands for structure and, upon request, fresh flower accents for fragrance and vibrancy.

Customization If you have seen a design on Pinterest or Instagram, share it with us. We do not offer generic packages that cannot be changed. We source specific traditional props like brass urlis, ethnic dreamcatchers, or hand-painted cutouts to match the theme of your event. If your space has constraints like low ceilings or pillar obstructions, we adjust the frame height and drape layout on the spot to ensure the setup remains stable and visually balanced.
Logistics & Maintenance We use high-quality fabric drapes that are steamed before arrival to avoid wrinkles. All rental items—including throne chairs, brass elements, and floral frames—are collected immediately after the event. We ensure the area is left clean, removing all staples, tape, or debris associated with the installation.
