- Neutralizing Tones: If you have 'orange' or 'muddy' spots, we do not just slap a darker colour on top. We use specific toners to balance the warmth and create a clean base.
- Gentle Colouring: Only once the hair is stable do we apply the final, uniform shade.

- Can you fix it in one sitting? It depends on the damage. If your hair is severely compromised, I might recommend a series of treatments before we attempt any further colour work.
- Does hair botox help? Absolutely. After colouring, your hair needs moisture and sealing. Hair botox fills in the gaps in damaged cuticles, making the hair look shiny and feel smooth again.
