My Story

Namaste. I teach Iyengar yoga, and for me, it’s more than just stretching - it’s a deep study. We begin every class with a prayer, to clear the mind and purify our words. Here, we really get into the details, asking things like, 'Kaha pe pressure hai?' (Where’s the pressure?) Props like chairs and ropes? Yes, we use them a lot, not as shortcuts but for correct alignment. Anybody can join, from pregnant women to seniors. Patience, discipline, and listening to your body – that’s our way.

My Work

Iyengar Yoga Classes & Workshops - Group classes, special workshops, and tailored sessions like prenatal Iyengar yoga for pregnancy.

Props and Alignment - We use props - chairs, ropes, blocks - to help you get the alignment right, not just do the pose.

Flexible Class Timings - Monday, Wednesday, Friday batches: morning, mid-day, and evening slots available.

Yoga for Everyone - Beginners, advanced, pregnant women - all are welcome. We believe in yoga for everyone.
