Most switches you see in the market use plastic bodies that degrade quickly with heat and use. We use a full metal backplate, which makes our switchboards fire-resistant and significantly more durable. It is a simple engineering choice, but it is the primary reason we can confidently offer a 10-year warranty on our hardware.
When we started in 2020, we did not want to just re-brand imported parts like so many others. We wanted to build a product that survives Indian power conditions.
