Our Completed Homes: Modern Interiors in Mumbai
I believe that a home is more than just walls and furniture. Here are some of my completed projects where I have balanced modern style with the practical needs of Mumbai living.
Take a tour of this beautiful home where every corner is designed with purpose. From the living room with its modern TV unit to the bedroom with a compact study nook, the design focuses on comfort and style.
A few highlights from a finished project, including the entryway, the living room with custom furniture, and a cozy bedroom workspace. My belief, "Aamhi fakt nimitt hoto" (we are just the medium), is central to my work.
This living room showcases a blend of modern and elegant design. The TV unit features a marble-finish laminate and curved display shelves, complemented by the pink-toned sofa and curtains for a warm, inviting feel.
A look inside a completed bedroom project. The design includes a custom wardrobe with an arched motif, a plush headboard, and a wall-mounted folding table next to the bed to serve as a small workspace.
About Our Completed Homes
When you see these photos, notice how the furniture sits perfectly in the corners and around your existing beams. This is not luck. Before we pick a single laminate or board, I personally verify every measurement on-site. I check the wall angles and ceiling levels myself because, once the carpentry starts, there is no room for error. My goal is to ensure that what we plan is exactly what fits in your home.
In Mumbai, space is the most valuable resource. Whether it is a compact 1BHK in Bhandup or a larger apartment in the suburbs, my design philosophy remains consistent: make every square foot work hard for you.
My Execution Process
I do not believe in quick fixes or generic catalogues. Every project shown here underwent my standard, hands-on process: detailed site measurements, custom drawing finalization, and rigorous on-site execution. You will notice the TV units and wardrobes in the gallery are not pre-made pieces. They are built to the exact millimeter to hide ceiling beams and maximize your vertical storage.
Material and Finish
I use 18mm Boiling Water Proof plywood for all cabinetry. You will see that my finishes are not just about the look; they are about longevity. I use high-quality soft-close hinges and durable laminates that handle the wear and tear of daily Mumbai life.
The 'More Dada' Approach
I focus on the little details that make a house a home—integrated study nooks in bedrooms, hidden storage behind mirror panels, and mandirs that fit your daily rituals perfectly. These are not just design choices; they are functional solutions to the common constraints we face in city apartments. If you are planning a renovation, looking at these photos is the first step to understanding what is actually possible in your own flat. Let’s talk about how to make your home feel bigger, brighter, and entirely yours.
