I’ve handpicked these projects to show you how I handle Mumbai’s tight spaces. From hidden storage to clever multi-functional furniture, here is how I make every inch of your home count.

This is one of my favorite solutions for Mumbai homes. I designed this unit to function as a compact study table with storage, which easily unfolds into a full-size four-seater dining table when you need it.

To maximize floor space in a bedroom, I often recommend a Murphy bed. This custom unit seamlessly integrates a comfortable bed into a sleek wardrobe system, freeing up the room for other activities during the day.

Here is a perfect example of a compact, movable, and space-saving dining table. It features a chevron-patterned wood finish, includes a storage drawer, and neatly folds away to become a small console when not in use.

A concealed dressing unit is a smart way to save space and keep a bedroom looking tidy. I integrated a full-length mirror into this wardrobe door, which pulls out smoothly when needed and hides away completely.

I love turning window areas into cozy and functional corners. This custom window bench provides comfortable seating with ample storage space hidden underneath, perfect for stashing away extra linens or other items.

Nothing makes me happier than a satisfied client. Listen to Mr. and Mrs. Chavan share their experience of how we transformed their 1BHK home, focusing on space optimization and Vastu-compliant design.

This video shows a recently completed project in Vikhroli. I designed a beautiful arched pooja mandir, a space-saving sliding door to the kitchen, and a compact study area to make the home both functional and elegant.

Even an unsightly DB panel can be turned into a design element. For this entryway, I created a decorative wooden panel with a small shelf that completely conceals the electrical box while adding a touch of style.

About Featured

When I design for small flats, I don’t just build furniture; I focus on the mechanical reliability. For instance, whether it’s a Murphy bed or a folding dining table, I personally test the hydraulic springs and hinges before handover. If a piece of furniture doesn’t operate smoothly with one hand, it isn't ready for your home.
