Modern Home Facade Designs in Delhi
Your home should grab attention for the right reasons. From geometric facades to strategic evening lighting, we build exteriors that make a statement before you even open the door.
This home's facade comes alive at night. I use strategic exterior lighting to highlight the architectural lines, textures, and landscaping, creating a warm and dramatic presence after dark.
A perfect example of my design-build philosophy. The combination of a cantilevered balcony with a wooden ceiling, glass railings, and custom laser-cut gate panels creates a layered and sophisticated modern exterior.
This facade is a study in geometric forms and textures. I balanced smooth stucco with vertically grooved panels and strategically placed windows to create a dynamic and visually interesting exterior.
Here I am with a recently completed project. It’s always a proud moment to see the final result, where the mix of stone cladding, wood-look panels, and large glass balconies comes together perfectly.
This single-story elevation proves that great design isn't about size, but about proportion and detail. The curved entry canopy and mix of materials give this modern home a unique and inviting character.
A daytime view of a modern villa, showcasing how the structure interacts with the surrounding landscape. The clean white walls are accented with wood and stone, creating a connection to nature.
This multi-level residence showcases a complex interplay of volumes. The design features a prominent balcony with a wooden canopy, providing a covered outdoor space and adding depth to the facade.
From this angle, you can see how the different parts of the home connect to the outdoors. The design incorporates a ground-floor patio that flows directly from the bedroom, blurring the lines between inside and out.

About Modern Home Exteriors
The facade is often the most overlooked part of a home renovation. We focus on mixing materials like HPL cladding, wood, and glass to create depth, not just flat surfaces. This is not just about choosing paint colors; it is about how the light hits the structure in the evening and how the balcony feels from the inside.
Your home's exterior is the first thing neighbors see and the last thing you look at before walking in. We treat the facade as an extension of the home's personality, balancing volumes, textures, and light to ensure it stands out. Whether you have a multi-level residence or a single-story villa, the principle remains the same: use durable materials that withstand Delhi's weather while creating a visually striking look.
We integrate elements like cantilevered balconies with wooden ceilings, glass railings, and laser-cut gate panels to create depth. One of our signature approaches is the use of strategic exterior lighting. A house that looks great at 2 PM should look equally dramatic at 8 PM. We use recessed LEDs and up-lighting to highlight architectural lines, making the building look dynamic after dark.
Since we handle the civil construction in-house, we don't just bolt decorations onto an existing structure. We modify the actual build. If you need structural changes to create a larger balcony, a new entrance canopy, or custom window placements, we manage that entire process. This keeps your project on track and ensures that the facade design isn't just cosmetic, but structurally sound and built to last.
