About Happy Landings: Our Fur-Ever Families
Each photo you see here represents more than just a successful flight. It is the result of weeks of crate desensitization, precise IATA paperwork management, and careful logistical planning. We handle the complex, stressful parts of international travel so that when you see your pet at the destination, the only thing they feel is the joy of being back in your arms.
Behind Every Happy Landing
Moving a pet across borders is a massive event. It involves strict health compliance, flight routing, and airline-specific cargo regulations. When you look at these photos, you are seeing the culmination of our team's work to bridge the gap between departure and reunion.
Our Process
Our approach starts long before the flight. We focus on:
- Crate Conditioning: We transform travel crates into safe, familiar dens at our DLF Phase 4 facility in Gurugram, ensuring your pet views their travel space as a comfortable spot to rest.
- Stress Simulation: We introduce pets to the sounds of jet engines and the presence of strangers in protective gear to mimic airport environments, preventing in-flight panic.
- Physical Prep: For pets needing to meet specific airline weight limits or health standards, we implement personalized fitness and diet plans, utilizing treadmill sessions and professional monitoring.
Why We Do It
We have been doing this for 18 years, and while the regulations change, the goal remains the same: stress-free travel. Whether it is a rescue dog like BoPeep traveling to Belgium or a family pet moving to Canada, we know the weight of the trust you place in us. We manage the tarmac protocols and transit hiccups so you do not have to worry about the logistics during what is already an emotional time.
If you are planning an international move, the preparation phase is critical. We recommend starting the crate conditioning process at least 4 to 6 weeks before your departure date to ensure your pet is fully comfortable.
