The most important part of our process is the 3D visualization phase. Before we break a single wall or order a sheet of ply, we show you exactly how the finished space will look. You are not guessing from flat 2D drawings; you are walking through a realistic render of your future home, ensuring that what we build is exactly what you imagined.
When we say 'turnkey,' we mean we handle the heavy lifting. You don't need to coordinate between carpenters, painters, and electricians. We bring one team and one vision to your project.
Our Process:
1. Concept & Mood Boards We start by understanding your lifestyle. We create mood boards that define the color palette, texture, and furniture style, making sure the vibe matches your personality before we get into the technicals.
2. 3D Architectural Visualization This is where we bridge the gap between idea and reality. We build a digital model of your space, allowing you to see the exact lighting, layout, and furniture placement. It is a critical check to ensure the design is functional and meets your needs.
3. On-Site Turnkey Execution We don't hand over drawings and leave. Our team is on-site daily, managing the civil work, false ceilings, modular woodwork, and finishing. This means we control quality, source the materials, and ensure the execution matches the 3D renders we showed you at the start.
4. Quality Control & Handover We believe in a proper deep-clean handover. We perform rigorous inspections—from checking wardrobe alignment to ensuring wallpaper finishes are seamless—so that when we hand you the keys, your home is ready to live in from day one.
