About Inflatable Climbing Walls
We build these climbing walls using SRF 560 GSM PVC fabric with double-stitched seams and high-tensile nylon thread. Whether you need a standalone 13x28 ft tower or a four-sided design for a high-traffic mela, we reinforce the anchor points and safety base to ensure it stands up to continuous usage without losing air pressure.
We specialize in fabricating inflatable climbing walls that are designed for high-traffic environments like amusement parks, resorts, and public fairs. Unlike off-the-shelf imports, every unit we make in our Delhi workshop is built using SRF 560 GSM PVC fabric. This material is puncture-resistant and specifically chosen for its ability to handle rough handling day after day.
We offer two primary build styles:
- Tall Towers: Our 13x28 ft units provide a significant vertical challenge, designed with a wide, weighted base to prevent tipping and ensure climber stability.
- Four-Sided Designs: The 16x16 ft towers allow four people to climb simultaneously, which helps move crowds faster during busy events.
Every climbing wall includes reinforced D-rings at the base. You must secure these to the ground using heavy-duty pegs or sandbags before operation. We also include the heavy-duty blowers required to maintain the necessary internal pressure. If you have specific height or footprint constraints for your venue, let us know. We can adjust the dimensions and even modify the climbing holds or wall incline to match your requirements.
