About Giant Obstacle Courses & Fun Cities
When ordering these units, focus on the fabric and stitching specs. I use SRF 560 GSM PVC with double-stitched seams and high-tensile nylon thread, which is essential because these courses handle heavy, continuous foot traffic at amusement parks and melas.
Our obstacle courses are built for durability. We use I-beam internal baffle construction to keep walls rigid and upright, even when kids are climbing and jumping at the same time. Every unit comes with multiple anchor points, usually 8 to 12 depending on the footprint, to ensure stability against wind and heavy movement.
