About Themed Bouncy Castles
Whether you need a specific size like 12x15 ft or a custom cartoon theme like Doraemon or Avengers, I fabricate everything from scratch at my Delhi factory. I use SRF 560 GSM PVC with double stitching at stress points to ensure these units withstand constant use at parks and events without tearing.
When you buy a themed bouncy castle, the design is only half the work. The durability depends entirely on the fabric and stitching. I use heavy-duty SRF 560 GSM PVC, which is puncture-resistant and built for long-term commercial rental usage.
Customization Options
- Cartoon Themes: I can print or applique popular characters like Mickey Mouse, Doraemon, Angry Birds, or Frozen on your unit.
- Animal & Classic Designs: Jungle themes with 3D tiger or giraffe entrances and classic clown or castle aesthetics are always in demand for fairs and carnivals.
- Layout Flexibility: You choose the configuration. I can add climbing walls, single or dual lanes, and obstacle sections to any themed unit.
Technical Standards
Every inflatable I build includes:
- Double Stitched Seams: Essential for high-traffic environments to prevent seam separation.
- Safety Features: Net enclosures on windows, front safety steps, and high retention walls on slides to manage active play.
- Heavy Duty Blowers: Each unit comes with a commercial-grade Indian metal body blower (approx 750W to 1.5 HP depending on size) to maintain air pressure.
