I build all these inflatables using commercial-grade SRF 560 GSM PVC fabric, which is puncture-resistant and designed for heavy rental usage. Because I handle the manufacturing in-house, I control the quality of the double stitching and stress-point reinforcements, ensuring you get equipment that lasts without the middleman markup.
Our Manufacturing Process
I control the entire production cycle in my Delhi facility. This means we cut, stitch, and test every unit personally. Whether you need a standard unit or a unique custom build, we start with high-density PVC and reinforce high-traffic areas like slide landings and climbing steps to prevent tears.
Customization & Sizes
We don't limit you to stock models. If you need a specific dimension, such as an 8x8 foot unit for a small play school or a 95-foot obstacle course for a large fair, we can fabricate it. You choose the theme—be it cartoon characters like Mario or jungle animals—and we print and stitch it into the structure.
Technical Specs
All our large units are modular, using heavy-duty velcro and zipper systems to make transport and setup manageable.
- Blowers: Every order includes a heavy-duty, metal-body Indian blower (750W to 2.0 HP) appropriate for the size of the unit.
- Anchoring: We install metal D-rings on all commercial units for secure ground staking.
- Material: We use SRF-branded 560 GSM PVC, standard in the industry for durability.
