I design immersive, theatrical bar structures that define the energy of your event. From mirrored island bars to custom-themed carts, I turn service into a show.

For this opulent event, I created a grand, mirrored bar that reflected the stunning decor. The entrance was just as spectacular, with custom ice sculptures of elephants to welcome guests.

This 'Blingy Island Bar' was the heart of a 25th-anniversary party. The large, central setup allowed for multiple bartenders and service points, ensuring quick service for a large crowd.

I specialize in creating multiple bar experiences within a single event. For this anniversary, I designed a luxurious ice gin bar, a premium cigar bar, and an exclusive Japanese sochu bar.

This engagement party featured several distinct concepts, including a Japanese bar and a Dubai-themed bar. The decor, from the neon signs to the glassware, was tailored to create a unique vibe at each station.

Celebrating Lohri with a desi twist. This themed bar setup for a winter festival featured rustic decor and a menu of fusion cocktails like Masala Caipiroska and Imli Highball.

The details make the difference. This bar featured a striking mirrored snake sculpture, tying into the event's mystical theme, alongside custom-bottled gin and a dramatic champagne tower entry for the couple.

About this collection

I do not just place a table in the corner. I use structural elements like mirrored finishes, acrylic stabilization, and integrated LED lighting to build a central focal point that dictates how guests move and mingle. Whether you need a massive 360-degree island bar to manage a crowd of five hundred or an intimate, bespoke themed setup for a niche party, I handle the logistics, stability, and aesthetics so the bar looks like a seamless part of the venue decor.

When we talk about a bar setup, we aren't just talking about a station with bottles. We are talking about the visual impact that guests notice the moment they walk into the ballroom. My team approaches every design with a focus on flow, utility, and visual impact.

The Architecture of a Great Bar

A bar needs to be a traffic magnet, not a bottleneck. For large celebrations, I often recommend a custom island bar. This layout allows for multiple service points, meaning your guests spend more time on the dance floor and less time waiting in line. I use premium finishes—mirror panels, gold accents, and bespoke lighting—that tie directly into the event theme, whether that is a mystical forest for a sangeet or a sharp, minimalist aesthetic for a corporate gala.

Themes That Make Sense

We do not believe in generic setups. If we are executing a Japanese-themed cocktail night, you will see the influence in the bar structure itself—sleek lines, specific wood or stone finishes, and curated glassware. If we are setting up for a rustic winter festival or a traditional celebration, the bar will feature elements like hand-painted motifs or floral integration that feel organic to the environment.

Practical Logistics

Building grand structures requires technical oversight. My team manages everything from floor reinforcement for heavy ice installations to ensuring the lighting setups are safe and integrated with the venue electrical requirements. We have managed these installations for everything from high-end Delhi ballrooms to destination weddings in the UAE and beyond.

I am Rohit. My partner Sushant and I started this because we saw Indian weddings lacking the cocktail culture found in top-tier restaurants globally. We are not just bartenders; we are experience designers who use mixology and insane bar structures to keep your party moving.
