A baby's naming ceremony is their first big milestone. I focus on capturing the sacred rituals, the blessings from elders, and the unscripted joy of welcoming your newest family member.

A precious newborn sleeps peacefully on her mother's shoulder during her naming ceremony. These tender, fleeting moments are the ones I cherish capturing for you to hold onto forever.

A tiny hand holding on, a simple yet powerful symbol of trust and connection. I believe these small, black and white detail shots often tell the biggest stories about family bonds.

The pure joy on a new mother's face as she holds her baby during the naming ceremony. This is the heart of what I do.

Family members participating in the cradle ceremony, a beautiful tradition filled with smiles and community spirit.

A moment of pure, uninhibited laughter among family and friends. These candid group shots are priceless.

A serene, candid portrait of a guest at the naming ceremony, captured in a quiet moment of observation.

Another angle of the sleeping baby, framed by festive yellow marigolds, adding a traditional and colorful touch to this infant portrait.

A close-up of the baby's tiny feet in black and white. I love capturing these little details that you'll want to remember forever.

A candid portrait of a young guest with a warm smile, enjoying the family celebration.

A lovely group photo of the women in the family, beautifully dressed and gathered to celebrate the new arrival.

About Naming Ceremonies & Traditional Rituals

I know how overwhelming these events can be, with family arriving and various rituals to manage. My approach is to blend into the background. I do not ask you to pause for stiff, posed photos while you are trying to feed the baby or perform a pooja. I wait for those natural moments—the laughter during the cradle ceremony or the way a grandmother looks at the newborn—so you can stay fully present in the celebration.
