The SCORE World Desert Championships are brutal. From pre-running the rocky Baja course to maintaining race-spec bikes in the pit, we don't just participate—we race to win.

Another shot with the hard-earned trophy. Moments like these are a testament to the teamwork and dedication it takes to compete at this level of desert racing.

Pre-running the Baja course is critical. Here are two of our riders scouting a rocky wash section, learning the terrain before the race begins.

About Baja Desert Racing: Our Challenge, Your Victory

Getting a race seat at Baja isn't about booking a tour; it's about joining a team that knows exactly how to handle the whoops and the grueling night riding. We have been there since 2017, and our setup includes everything from race-prepped Honda CRF450X machines to pit crews that can swap a wheel in minutes. If you want to ride in the desert, we handle the logistics, bike prep, and navigation so you can focus entirely on the throttle.

Our Approach to Baja

We don't do this for the trophies, although we have a few now. We do this because the Baja 1000 and the wider World Desert Championship are the ultimate test for a rider and a machine. When you race with Team 127X, you are getting the benefit of our experience from the 2017, 2019, 2022, and 2024 seasons.

What "Arrive and Drive" Actually Means

Most people think desert racing is just showing up and riding. It is not. It is 48 hours of intense focus, day and night. Our package covers the reality of the race:

  • Race-Spec Machinery: You get a Honda CRF450X, fully tuned with steering dampers, suspension upgrades, and night lighting for the dark sections.
  • Pre-Running: We take this seriously. We scout the course, map the hazards, and mark the GPS lines so you aren't guessing where the trail goes.
  • Pit Support: Our chase trucks and mechanics are positioned at strategic intervals. Whether it is a tire change or an emergency repair, the team is there.

Why Race With Us?

We started as an Indian team going to Mexico for fun and ended up landing a podium finish in the Pro Moto Limited class. We know how to get an international team moving. Whether you are aiming for the San Felipe 250 or the full Baja 1000, we provide the infrastructure so you can push your limits without worrying about the logistics. This is not for everyone, but if you want to see what you are truly capable of, we will get you to the finish line.

I am Anand, and when I am not in our Greasehouse garage in Bengaluru, you will find me plotting the next line through the Baja desert. We built Team 127X to push riders onto the world stage, and we treat every race like a do-or-die mission. It is just grit, fuel, and a shared obsession with speed.
