We install directly over your existing flat tile or marble floor, which means no dust, no noise, and zero demolition. You can literally walk on your new floor the same day we finish the job.
Laminate flooring is often the smartest choice for Indian homes, but it only works if you pick the right grade for your traffic level. I use high-density HDF core planks that are scratch-resistant, which is essential if you have kids or pets. If you are doing up a bedroom or a low-traffic living area, AC3 grade is perfectly fine, but for high-footfall offices or busy living rooms, we move to AC4 for that extra layer of durability.
