About Meet The Founder
Lighting design is rarely just about selecting fixtures; it is about understanding how light interacts with specific surfaces like rough brick or polished stone. On every project, I personally coordinate with your architect during the rough-in stage to ensure conduit marking and wiring points are perfectly placed. This practical, early-stage integration prevents the common, frustrating outcome of exposed wires or shadows falling in the wrong places later.
After 13 years of practice, my philosophy remains unchanged: light is not merely a utility, but the defining element of architecture. My journey started with a postgraduate degree in Product Design from the School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi. This background is critical to how we work at Illuminaty. I approach lighting not as an electrician, but as a designer who understands the physical and visual impact of light.
My team—a mix of architects, engineers, and designers—functions as a cohesive unit because we know that half-baked plans lead to lighting that feels disjointed. When you work with us, you are not just getting a layout on a page. We use lighting simulations to demonstrate exactly how the facade will appear at night, down to the beam angle and intensity. This removes the guesswork from your investment.
We focus on two main tracks: professional facade lighting for commercial and luxury residential properties, and comprehensive landscape and interior lighting. Whether it is highlighting the architectural lines of a villa or creating a professional nighttime identity for an office block, we balance technical precision—like IP ratings and CRI parameters—with the artistic goal of giving your building a soul after sunset. We handle everything from the initial mood board to the final, dusk-time focusing session where I fine-tune every beam to ensure the drama we planned is exactly what you experience.
