Featured Architectural Facade Lighting Projects
A selection of our most impactful work in facade and architectural lighting. We treat light as the jewellery of architecture, carefully crafting nighttime identities for luxury homes and commercial spaces across Delhi NCR and Chandigarh.
I believe a building's presence should not fade with the daylight. For this commercial sales office in Mohali, we used layers of light, combining clean linear LEDs to trace the architecture with dramatic uplighting on the textured walls and a pattern of accent lights for a stellar effect.
This is the entrance to the 'Kohinoor' residence, a project where light was used to enhance the natural warmth of the stone and wood. The design employs a combination of recessed linear lighting, subtle uplights, and focused downlights to create an inviting and luxurious welcome.
A walkthrough of the Beauty Palace jewellery showroom, a project where we handled both exterior and interior lighting. The design required a delicate balance between creating a grand, inviting facade and precise, high-quality interior lighting to make the jewellery sparkle.
This architectural lighting simulation demonstrates our approach to complex, multi-material facades. The design for this building by Cityspace'82 Architects uses light to distinguish between the wood, metal, and concrete elements, creating depth and visual interest.
For this modern home in Panchkula, the goal was to create a striking nighttime identity. We used continuous linear profile lights to trace the building's bold geometric forms, making the structure a landmark in its environment.
This commercial office block in Zirakpur features a glass and metal grid facade. Our lighting scheme uses integrated fixtures to illuminate the structure from within, creating a sophisticated and modern corporate presence that is both professional and visually compelling.
This reel showcases several of our lighting visualizations for luxury residences. It demonstrates how we use light to sculpt form, highlight unique architectural features, and even integrate art, like the illuminated sculpture shown, into the overall design scheme.
The entrance to a property is the first chapter of its story. This design concept uses a combination of wall grazing to highlight the textured stone, uplighting for the topiary, and soft linear light to create a secure, elegant, and welcoming gateway.
About Featured
Every project you see here began with a technical simulation to predict how light interacts with specific materials like stone or metal. We do not just mount fixtures; we calculate beam angles, CRI, and IP ratings to ensure that when the sun sets, your building’s texture and form are revealed rather than washed out in glare.
Our Approach to Facade Lighting
Lighting is not merely about visibility; it is about defining the nighttime personality of a structure. Our process starts with understanding the architecture itself. Whether we are highlighting the geometry of a modern office block in Zirakpur or enhancing the warmth of natural stone in a luxury residence, our design philosophy remains consistent: light must serve the architecture.
The Technical Foundation
- Simulation First: Before a single fixture is installed, we use advanced Dialux simulations. This prevents guesswork by showing you exactly how light will behave on your specific surfaces.
- Precision Engineering: We specify fixtures based on precise technical parameters. We define the correct wattage, beam angles, and IP ratings to ensure longevity, especially for exterior environments exposed to the elements.
- Material Interaction: We utilize wall grazing techniques to bring out textures in brick and stone, while clean linear LEDs are used to trace and emphasize structural lines. This ensures the building feels as considered at night as it does in daylight.
Why We Collaborate
Great lighting design happens at the intersection of architecture and electrical engineering. We prioritize close collaboration with your architects from the concept phase. This integration allows us to conceal conduits, plan switchboard wiring, and ensure that our lighting scheme meshes perfectly with the original design vision. We provide complete Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and electrical load charts, ensuring your project is practical, energy-efficient, and easy to maintain.
